Serengetee started in 2012 after founders Jeff and Ryan met on Semester at Sea, a study abroad program that circumnavigates the globe by ship. While traveling, they began exploring markets and collecting fabric from countries in Africa, Asia, and Central America.
In the Fall of 2009, wheels were turning. (Potter’s wheels, that is.) Inside of a tiny garage, big dreams were becoming a reality. With nothing more than an old stamp set, a box of clay, and a plan to support clean water projects in Africa, handmade creations emerged and MudLOVE was born.
